TravelLine Services Now Integrated with Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.5
25 January 2018
Oracle certified TravelLine as an integration partner for OPERA PMS. The integration was performed via OXI (OPERA Xchange Interface). This type of integration is the most sophisticated and provides precise data transfer between TravelLine services and OPERA PMS. The bundle is fully synced, which guarantees fast, automatic data update across the services. This will let medium and large hotels that use or consider using OPERA fully integrate it with TravelLine’s booking engine or channel manager.
The integration automates data exchange between OPERA, TravelLine’s booking engine, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and delivers:
- Room types availability
- Rate plans and prices
- Additional services
- Sales restrictions by a rate plan, room type, room or rate category
- Complete booking data including check-in and check-out dates, tariffs, daily rates, card details, agent company, ordering company, extra services, guest comments, transportation services, preferences, etc.
- Booking modifications
- Booking cancellations
- Profiles of guests and contractors
TravelLine and Oracle work together under partnership agreement terms. It ensures high quality of the integration and fast response to changes made to OPERA PMS. TravelLine provides hoteliers with a certified solution that helps automate online sales, prevent mistakes, and save time.
